Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Orders will only be processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the second to third business day. Each order is limited to delivery to one address. If you want the products to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

All orders are non-refundable or changeable once confirmed and paid.

Our store only accepts product replacement for the following situations, and all other cases will not be eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products not matching the order
  2. Non-human-made defects
    All other sold products are non-returnable or exchangeable.

All orders will be shipped using SF Express, and there is no option for in-store pickup for online orders.

If the product is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us if you have any question about the shipping.

No, we don't ship our products internationally at this moment. Please stay tuned with us and we are soon offer the international delivery service.
